Our New England Lobster Clambake practically cooks itself!
Simply open the lid of your clambake and remove any newspaper and gel packs that might be on top.
Add a few inches of water to the can and cover with the lid. Place on the stove or grill to steam.
Clambakes for 2 will need one hour to cook, clambakes for 3-4 will need one hour and 15 minutes to cook, and clambakes for 5-6 will need one and a half hours to cook.
You can check to see if the clambake is ready by testing the red potatoes on the top, once they are fully cooked your clambake is ready to serve!
