Cooking Your Chowder and Bisque

Our chowder and bisque comes in a convenient pouch that is safe for boiling.

Allow the soup to thaw.

Once thawed you can either open the pouch and cook on the stove top in a sauce pan or you can boil water and drop the pouch into the water and boil until heated through.

Ladle into a bowl and enjoy with our premium oyster crackers!
